John Lennon (ART) from The Musicians Collection

It doesn’t happen everyday you’re able to pay homage to a great inspiration in your life. Specifically of they’re not around to thank them.

John Lennon has continually supported my dreams by his example and by the things he spoke through his music as well as the things he said away from the microphones he used. To this day, Watching the Wheels is one of those go to songs, for me, about working your hardest to live your life the easiest way possible by following your dreams.

This piece was a private commission, by a dear friend to me. Marc Nuevo asked me to create it for the woman in his life. It was a birthday present. Happy early Birthday Sam! Thank you Marc for keeping me busy.

So without anything else, John this is for you. Thanks for the inspiration.
