Think about it.

Our bodies are vehicles. Our minds drive those vehicles. Sorry for the explanation using laymen’s terms. I saw a man on a bus today. Old. Black. Tired. Grey headed. Wearing some gangster ass sunglasses. When I looked at him, as his head nodded up and down like he was slowly head banging to metal music or something, I noticed his age, his wisdom, his life, his experience. I’m thirty. He is probably sixty. I thought to myself, “What would it feel like to double my life span?” which then I realized more about him. His patience, his strength, his determination, his skill. So I conclude this thought, take your time, be good to yourself, take care. All in all life is just nuts. That’s all.
