SHE’S BEAUTIFUL

The breath of life rises and falls within her chest showing off her curves. She’s beautiful. The sunlight exposes her soft skin captivating my attention. She’s beautiful. The sheets draped gently across her lower body rest her soul as she slowing turns towards me. She’s beautiful. Her brown eyes open proceeded by a smile once we connect. She’s beautiful. The deception within this creative outlet, my sword and paper, ceases to exist as I realize I’m not with her. She’s beautiful. I close my eyes and remember being near her. She’s beautiful. I stare at a slot machine as a women near by coughs from her cigarette constipated lungs. She’s beautiful. A tear rolls down my cheek. She’s beautiful. Closing my eyes the reality of this smoke infused casino could never compare to her presence. She’s beautiful. Then it happens. She’s beautiful. She speaks to me, my hearing depletes the constant chatter of the money hungry world around me. She’s beautiful. I hear her say, “I love you.” I crumble. She’s beautiful. Then it happens. She’s beautiful. I’m there, with her, watching the breath of life rise and fall within her chest showing off her curves. She’s beautiful.
